Visit Part 4, Palmyra, New York

Oh, how lovely was the morning.
A quiet walk in a sacred place.

Enjoying the Palmyra Temple grounds.

A budding photographer.
Who's taking the picture anyway?

We love to see the temple, we'll go again someday.

Visit part 3, Niagara Falls

The Maid of the Mist. Can you see us?
Not really, we're watching from above.
Look at the beautiful water.

Another lovely maid of the mist.
See where the "mist" name comes from?

It was so fun we wanted to do it again.

A breathtaking view

The ponchos didn't keep us very dry,
but they got put to good use anyway.
Superman eat your heart out.

We took this one just before going over in a barrel.

Visit part 2, Going to see a BIG Lady

Waiting on a cool marble bench felt so good.
It was 95 degrees!!!

A smoggy view of New York from the Statue.

We all enjoyed our visit to Lady Liberty
and Ellis Island. We climbed the stairs to the
observation area at the top of the base, looked around
and took many pictures.

Doing some Sabbath day resting at
grandma and grandpa's apartment. We needed it!
The ladies were resting in the kitchen. JK

Summer Fun

Summer began with a bang, literally for some people.
The tornado came within 3 miles of our place.
It mostly just brought down some trees.
Odd thing was, everyone says "We never have tornadoes here".
A branch Memorial Day Picnic.
Lots of sun, good food, and good people.

The missionaries make a fashion statement.

No summer party is complete without water balloons.
